To schedule please call our office at 305-608-0656 so that our staff can better accomodate your visit.
If your insurance requires you to have a referral and we do not have one when you arrive, we will not be able to see you. We always recommend patients to be responsible for asking for and bringing their own referral themselves, just in case we have not received it from their primary clinic. We hate to turn patients away, please contact your insurance company and ask if you need a referral in case you are not sure.
Our appointments are on a first come first serve basis. We have a scheduled time for each doctor and patients then have the freedom to come and go as they please. We would recomend coming after 2pm for the shortest wait time.

- Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm
Dr. Daisy Borroto:
- Monday through Thursday 12pm to 4pm
- Fridays 9am to 4pm
No, unfortunately we only treat patients that are 18+ at this time.

Have your pharmacy information ready, for these requests our staff must report to the doctors first in order to fulfill your request. If you have been missing consultations, depending on the medication, it is possible the doctor may need to physically see you before accepting your request.

The staff cannot talk to you about your test results over the phone as they are not licensed physicians, during your next appointment the doctor will go over everything with you including any questions you may have.
No, to be seen at Simon Neurology Clinic you must sign a form stating that you are not ongoing any litigation in regards to your health.
If you have a co-payment, that is something determined by your insurance provider and we will charge your co-payment right before seeing the doctor, as is company policy.
For co-payments under $10 please bring cash, for anything over the $10 we accept all major credit card companies.
